1. Return & Exchange Window
Products can be requested for return or exchange within:
7 days of delivery
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
2. Eligible Products
Returns and exchanges are accepted for:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged products received
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products without tags
- Used or washed products
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Products returned after the return period
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact our support team
- Share your order details
- Mention the required size/product exchange
- Wait for approval
Exchange availability depends on stock availability.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product reaches us and passes quality inspection:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
6. Return Shipping Charges
For:
Defective / Incorrect Products
- UV Fashion will cover return shipping costs.
Size issues / Change of mind
- Return shipping charges may be deducted or borne by the customer.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
